overview akshamala is a vedantic thesaurus originally hand written in telugu by the late Shri.Mangu Koneti Rao. The ultimate objective of this site is to make this work available in multiple languages with powerful search capabilities and electronic cross-referencing to and from original works such as the brahma sutras . akshamala, literally means a string of beads, usually fifty in number and representing the sanskrit alphabets. Currently under construction, this site will be periodically updated and the main content will be added initially, in the form of scanned manuscript.
